Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups marinara or meat sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil.
  • In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti, beaten eggs, and Parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
  • Press the spaghetti mixture into the bottom and sides of the pie dish to form a “crust.”
  • Spread ricotta or cottage cheese evenly over the crust.
  • Top with marinara or meat sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Bake uncovered for about 35–40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
