Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked salmon, flaked
  • 3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix soup, milk, cheese, onion, and peas.
  • Stir in salmon and cooked pasta until well coated.
  • Transfer mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • You can substitute tuna or chicken for salmon. Add extra veggies like broccoli or spinach for more nutrition.
